About this tool
The order in which pages appear in a PDF matters more than it might seem. A double-sided document scanned page-by-page on a single-sided scanner always comes out wrong — all the front pages in sequence, then all the back pages, instead of interleaved. A report where someone saved the introduction last ends up with it at the back. A presentation assembled from multiple slide decks ends up with sections out of sequence. ToolkitFlow's Reorder PDF tool solves these problems without any software download.
Drag-and-drop reordering works on thumbnail previews of every page in the document, giving you a visual confirmation of the new order as you arrange it. For large documents where dragging is impractical, arrow controls allow keyboard-based repositioning. The final output reflects whatever sequence you define — the underlying page content, including embedded images, text, and annotations, is copied as-is from the source without any re-encoding.

How many pages can I reorder at once?
There is no page limit. Performance on very large documents depends on your device's memory, but reordering a 300-page document is generally fast on modern hardware.
Does reordering affect page content in any way?
No. Pages are moved, not modified. All text, images, fonts, and embedded content within each page are copied exactly from the source.
Can I combine reordering with deletion to clean up a document in one step?
The Reorder tool is purpose-built for page sequence changes. For removing pages, use the Delete Pages tool first, then re-upload and reorder if needed.
What is the maximum supported file size?
The tool works well up to around 100 MB. Thumbnails for very large files may take a moment to generate on the first load.
