About this tool
Before you share a document with a client, colleague, or reviewer, there are almost always pages that shouldn't go with it — a cover page meant only for internal routing, blank separator pages left by a scanner, handwritten notes on the last page, or an appendix that is only relevant to a different audience. ToolkitFlow's Delete Pages tool lets you permanently remove those pages from any PDF without downloading additional software, and without uploading your document to an external service.
Selection works in two ways. The thumbnail view shows a visual preview of every page in the document — click any thumbnail to mark it in red, click again to deselect. This works well for small documents or when you need to visually identify which pages to drop. For larger files, the range input field accepts the same syntax as a standard print dialog: comma-separated page numbers and ranges such as '1, 3, 7-12'. Both methods can be combined.

Can I delete multiple non-consecutive pages at once?
Yes. In the thumbnail view, click any combination of pages regardless of their position. In the range field, enter them as a comma-separated list, for example '2, 5, 8-10'.
Is there a preview of what the document will look like after deletion?
The thumbnails show a live visual of every page, making it easy to confirm which ones are selected before you click Delete. The final PDF reflects exactly the pages that were not marked.
Can I undo a deletion after downloading?
No — once downloaded, the deletion is permanent in that output file. Your original file on disk is never modified, so you can re-upload the original and start over at any time.
Will the remaining pages renumber automatically?
The page sequence in the PDF adjusts automatically — page 5 becomes page 4 if page 4 was deleted. Existing page number stamps baked into the content, however, remain as printed.
What is the maximum file size the tool supports?
The tool works well with files up to 100 MB. Performance depends on browser memory and device speed for very large documents.
